Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment 72hrs notice is required for refund of deposit, if after this time you will be offered a reschedule appointment. if you fail to attend your rescheduled appointment then deposit will be lost. If you fail to give notice this will be classed as a no show and you will be charge for the cost of the treatment. It is your responsibility to notify of any illness prior to your appointment. please do not attend if you are feeling unwell, if you have been unwell in the previous 14days please make sure you make us aware as this is a medical treatment and could cause complications to your treatment. Please DO NOT attend if you have had Diarrhoea and vomiting you must be 48hrs clear prior to your appointment.
